The team at 11Plus Success (“11Plus Success,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) knows that you care about how your information and the information of your child is collected, used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to learn more about our privacy practices.It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy notice we may provide you when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy policy supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.

At this stage, 11PlusSuccess has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as this is not a legal requirement however we will work to ensure that all personal data is processed in compliance with this Policy and the Principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Data Protection Act 2018, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 are also relevant to parts of this policy.  Our ICO registration number is CSN4153467.

This Privacy Policy applies to https://11plussuccess.co.uk.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications or other services that provide their own separate privacy statements or policies. Our Website may contain links to other sites but 11PLUS SUCCESS is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these other sites. Visitors to and users of our Website and participants in our education programs are referred to individually as “User” and collectively as “Users.” Any User that creates an account to receive training is referred to as a “Learner.”

Any capitalised terms used herein without definition shall have the meaning given to them in the 11PLUS SUCCESS website.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Whilst our service is for children working towards their 11 Plus, usually 10 years of age, registration is through the active consent of a parent or guardian where the only information relating to the child is their name.  All other information relates to the Parent or Guardian.

Where we collect information of children of 10 years of age, parents or guardians of these children will be required to consent to our collection and use of minimal information in order for us to deliver certain features to the individual. COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION


We gather various types of information from our users and visitors to our site, as explained more fully below. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE


We receive and store any information provided directly by the legal parent or guardian. For example, we collect personal information such as the name of the child, in addition we will collect the parent or guardians email address, physical address, post code, location, and details of transactions including a credit card number, when provided to us through our Website or when you email our support team directly. 

While you can choose not to provide certain information to us, please know that this may result in our being unable to register you or you may be unable to take advantage of some of our features and services.

We store a user profile which includes your name, display name, email address, password, payment methods and address, a profile picture if you uploaded one, and how long you have been a member.

To remove or update any personal information, please log into your account settings and remove or modify your personal information in the appropriate fields.  Information that is required to be retained cannot be deleted until the legal basis for retention has expired.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY FROM YOU
