Explore – Foreign Trips

Exploring the world beyond Stratford is also central to our philosophy and this is achieved via the curriculum as our staff encourage students to see the world beyond the school gates.

Residential trips to Costa Rica, Borneo, India and China. Trips to CERN in Switzerland, Berlin for History and New York for a Jazz Trip.

A CV may get you to the interview but character will get you the job.

Our career guidance and work experience program is excellent. Our curriculum build and develops transferable skills. Across the school we look for means for students to engage with external providers and employers. Tied to this we actively encourage volunteering and fundraising. As a result working with the local community is a strong feature of the school. A large number of our students engage withe the NCS (National Citizen Service) program each summer.
